Today’s inspiration for Motivation Monday is the excuse that we have all have (probably) used at least once in our training. You get busy or don’t feel well or it’s raining or you just can’t get motivated to run, so you just say that you will do it tomorrow. But then tomorrow comes, and then there is another obstacle, another excuse. So today’s motivation is just a subtle reminder to get off your butt and stop procrastinating.
And as a bonus, I came across this outstanding article over on Men’s Health that links being physically active and improved brain function. It is a very quick read, and doesn’t delve too deeply into the science, but it is a good excuse to get out there.
